WEB FORECAST: Light Snowfall Should End Before Evening Commute

A light snowfall will last into the afternoon, but should end before the Friday evening commute.

KSTP.com Meteorologist Patrick Hammer predicts snowfall totals will be light with 1/2" to 1". Areas north of the Twin Cities toward Brainerd may see up to 2".

Florence & the Machine Playing Minneapolis

The British pop group Florence & the Machine are coming to Minneapolis. They will play the State Theatre on Friday, April 27th at 8pm.

The group burst onto the music scene last year grabbing a Grammy nomination for best new artist. Florence Welch leads the group that also includes plenty of musicians who blend moody rock with a British indie sound.

Human Nature Comes to Minneapolis

"Human Nature: The Motown Show" is coming to the State Theatre this spring but tickets for the show go on sale Saturday, January 27th at 10am.

The show is set for Tuesday, April 3rd at 7:30pm. Tickets range from $39 to $56 per person.
